The Cuckoo Colloquium
The princess. The liar. The thief. The bully. The wuss. Five troubled teens from all over the globe, plus their inexperienced driver and elderly chaperone, have unexpectedly been stranded in the exotic-bizarre rainforest world of Borneo. It was supposed to be a year-end leadership seminar. It was supposed to help them grow, their minds expanded by the stunning landscape and the exotic wildlife. In reality? Not so much. Lost and separated in an uncaring rain forest with flying snakes, abusive primates, and marauding jungle life, it's an unremarkable little bird-a cuckoo shrike-that seems to be calling all the shots. Each member of the Cuckoo Colloquium is forced to face their own unique challenges, both savage and fantastic ... or die trying. Because as it turns out, the jungle has no intention of letting them go. Debut author Michael A. Greco's The Cuckoo Colloquium is a thrilling story of hope, survival, and pushing past the limits our world draws around us. cover: Tovi King (@toviking) *** All rights Reserved. Just Like A Jungle
This is a fable form of social commentary using anthropomorphic fiction and satire. The phrase "Law of the Jungle" embodies the concept of survival of the fittest, where only the strongest thrive. This primal principle is mirrored in our own world, where a subtle yet relentless natural selection shapes our lives. Let's embark on a journey to explore the parallels between our society and the animal kingdom, where wit and humour tackle serious issues. Welcome to "Just like a Jungle," where the wild, witty, and the wise converge."Complete

The Fourth Horseman
I was falling, cascading into the dark chasm of sin and desire. I was unhinged, wild and free, giving in to everything I wanted. I would not hold back tonight. I wanted to fuck him over and over, anywhere and everywhere. Taste him and kiss him. Completely surround myself with only Jay. I will do it all with Jay tonight and every night forward. I am his queen, his weakness, his carnal transgression. I will take him as my own and ride out this delusion with him come what may. A tiny voice in the back of my mind was scolding, cursing, pleading at me to come to my senses, realize the mistakes I was making and the repercussions I would face. I suffocated the whispers, murdered my rational logic in that moment. Death was swift for the girl in my mind looking down with a frown on my actions. I laughed again, knowing this would be my undoing, enjoying the unraveling of my sanity, leaving it in shards on the ground. Because I had made up my mind. I won't let go. ****TRIGGER β οΈ WARNING This book contains mature content; including language, violence, sexual content, drugs and alcohol and a near rape scenario.
