I walked another two more steps and before I could take another step,someone grabbed me vigorously by the shoulders and placed a cloth on my nose and mouth. I tried struggling but I breathed in the chemicals. I felt my eyelids dropping. The vision around me blurred and I passed out.

We stood inside my bedroom feet away from my sleeping husband he pulls me closer to his body moving backwards to the hallway. I could only follow hoping that my life would be spared. Suddenly, we stopped by the edge of the staircase. "You're mine." He whispers in a hoarse tone placing a kiss on my cheek hitting me on the head with the back of the knife. I was seeing double. I was feeling dizzy, everything was spinning. I felt like I was in slow motion groaning at the pain looking down the stairs. That's the last thing I see before I black out. The lights were dancing as the club music plays. I turned around but I keep seeing the same crowd of people dancing to the music as the beat drops. I felt suffocated as I try to claw my out of the mob. I feel like I'm going to pass out-No, I am going to pass out. The ground was wobbling, my head was pounding and dark spots started to cover my vision. The last thing I saw was a man staring straight at me, standing in the middle of the crazy pack. I blinked. My eyes began focusing on shapes. I could hear murmuring voices. I could smell medication. I could taste blood. I could feel scratchy blankets lying over my frail body. Three humans, talking under their breaths. A blue cast on my leg. Another on my arm. Stitches in my other 'leg'. More stitches on my face neck and chest. A huge stapled gash across my entire stomach, starting from my shoulder and going in a diagonal line straight across my body and ending at my hip bone. It had just avoided my heart. Tubes were threaded through my arms and other areas of my stomach. I was suddenly very aware of the amount of pain I was in. I cried out in pain and all three people turned to me. The middle one lurched forwards and took a needle from the side. The other two fussed around me, rethreading the tubes and checking that they were all fully functional. A sharp, aching pain pierced my neck and I caught the middle guy with a needle in my neck. My vision slowly began blurring again.Complete

I was walking to work one morning when a bag gets thrown over my head and I'm jerked back by two arms encircling my waist. I was walking to the bakery to get a loaf of bread for mum, what I didn't know was that I was being followed. The loaf was bought and I was taking a shortcut home, through the bush. I was halfway there when my waist was gripped with a drugged cloth over my mouth. Are you?" he asked me, I sensed the envy in his voice. That mixed with his harsh tone caused a wave of goosebumps to course through my body. I wanted to begin by asking him where was I? "Ask me 'why am I here' and all of that crap... Entertain me with your fear." I saw him slowly gripping a knife that was on the countertop, with his eyes still on mine. The sides of his mouth slowly began tilting upwards. All the bitterness and the cold, it was all so visible in his eyes. I looked at him in horror, noticing him as he took his first steps towards me. "Talk to me... Because this might be the only time you will ever be able to talk, " he said this sentence in such a calm tone, it caused me once again to shiver with goosebumps.
