They call her "The Ash Queen". She who won her throne by burning bodies and leaving nothing but ashes behind. Her father's, to be exact. She had to end his cruel reign, his enslaving or eradicating any race that wasn't vampiric. That was many years ago. The Elders try to control her with bylaws and rulings. The court reminds her, she must find a King or at least a mate and produce an heir to save her kingdom. There are multiple threats, including her sister, who is gunning for both Cordelia and her throne. The people they love and fear her - she has freed thousands, but none forget how she earned her crown.
Will she be able to shake free of her shackles, or will she burn it all?

The book title came together with the help of my older brother who is quite good with titles while I am not great at figuring out book titles but am good at writing stories and chapter titles. The book title may be added on to in the future but only time will determine that. This is the first book of the series. Once again I would like to remind everyone the story is ALL MINE. To all my devoted readers it is my hope that all of you will enjoy my story.
