Have you ever heard of a story between the land and the sea. It's about the keeper of the 7 seas. He holds great power within the golden trident, but for eternity shall he stay. Hidden away where no man can claim the throne until a king so ever mighty claims it as his own.
Octavia always knew she had a calling out towards the sea, though she never knew her father. Finding out that she is the last of the Pacificians she must claim the throne by combining two bloodlines. Atlanteans and Pacificians. Cursed by the 7 seas both her and Arthur are connected by fate.
