A mysterious group of people, people who are able to use a certain ability, people who own a 'personal ghost' of their own.

These 'personal ghosts', are called stands, a physical manifestation of one's fighting spirit, they come in all forms and sizes, and their abilities vary from person to person, one could say that no two stands are the same, although there are very specific exceptions to that rule.

One such stand user is a man named Jougan Joestar, a man who grew up on an island named Starfall, with a town bearing the same name sinking it's roots on the island, their main source of income being a mix of tourism and fishing.

The view and attractions there are unique, one of a kind, so many unusual sights can be seen on the island of Starfall that one could say it's the center point of anomalies and phenomenons.

But, well, that's certainly just a rumor...

...right?
