Just outside of the Barbaric Archipelago, in the east, lays the Island of the Protecters. Their chief is known everywhere, in and outside of the Archipelago, for he has never in his life lost a fight. And of course, his Pride and Joy, his two children, Hákon and Eos live there with him too. The Misson of the Protectors has always been to save endangerd Dragon species, therefor, there were a lot of rare Dragons on their Island. But what happens when the shadows of the past return to the now peaceful island?
This is the Story of how Eos, an old friend of the Dragon Riders, helps safe the Archipelago and maybe even find love on the way.

Two years later when Hiccup doesn't write back to Astrid and her letters start coming back to her she takes it upon herself to find him. What will happen when it Hiccup finds a new group of friends? Or when Astrid comes upon a new dragon and finds a family to call her own? What happens when a new enemy comes? Hiccup and Astrid's loyalty to their friends and tribes will be tested. As well as their friendship, relationship and loyalty to each other will be at risk. Since this is also a Hiccstrid vs Merricup please no fighting in the comments. Hiccup begins to suffer from night terrors that make him want to stay along with battling his own mental condition. Things go south again when an unexpected traitor hands Hiccup over to the ones who want to destroy him mentally and physically. Meanwhile back at Berk, Stoick was furious rampaging through his house looking over numerous different maps. He was desperate to find his son. So desperate he would do anything to get him back. Little does he know, that not only the mysterious kidnapper is overly skilled, but also an old friend whom Stoick was best friends with for years.

Ten years later, the Barbaric Archipelago has heard of a new tribe called the 'Strike Clan' which is led by Hiccup and the island has become very prosperous for both man and dragons. With the dragon raids growing worse however each village pays a visit to the Strike Clan because they posses one man, that can end this madness. That man is the Dragon Master. However not all the tribes wish for the raids to end, the Outcasts and the Berserkers ally themselves and plot something that spells disaster for both man and dragons. Hiccup and his Strike Clan will protect the dragons to death if they have to, but can they stop the alliance between the two deadly tribes? Or is there something darker lurking in the shadows?
