In the basement of the infamous Xeed (unit for the mentally sick), reside the top 10 defects of the world. They're known as the 'Specials'. Truth bomb-nobody knows that Xeed harbors these 10 psychopaths who've got blood on their hands and love the feeling of adrenaline rushing through their veins, their heart beating hard as they stab bodies quite mercilessly.
Mr X had got them to team up for Project XEED. With the joining of Bladex, his Special 10 are complete. Though later seeing that his plans are 100% sure to fail, our old man realizes his mere incompetency. So now he initiates another project, -Elimination of specials-
