This story deals with the true life and often difficult to imagine life of a military hospital. The perspective shifts from Jack, a nurse attention to Nathaniel, a patient that has not yet woken from his injuries, Timothy, an insect exploring the hospital grounds, and finally Nathaniel himself for the dramatic climax of events. Each perspective depicts an entirely different style and experience, coming together to deliver a multi-faceted short fiction experience.
