Sayo Yumeoji is a 2nd year who skipped a grade in Hoshinomori Private Magical Arts High School. She has a twin older brother named Hikari who acts mostly the opposite of her. Her brother is in the same year as her but entered when he was 15 as his first year. While Sayo stayed at home practicing her arts. When she is sudden chosen with her brother to be in the school committee, she refuses at first with her brother joining quickly. What will happen with these two siblings and their friend at the committee?
