Mari and Lila had always been enemies. Ever since Marinette was threatened by Lila to loose all her friends, her friends slowly drifted away from her. The only person who didn't believe her lies, was her crush Adrien. But after 5 months even Adrien started to believe them. So Marinette did the only thing that people claimed she was good at, Marinette started break dancing.

And Ladybug and Chat Noir defeated Hawkmoth but they still don't know each others identities and the akumas only plan on getting revenge instead of getting their miraculouses since Hawkmoth doesn't order them anymore. And Gabriel is locked up in jail but the only ones who know why are the police, Ladybug aka Marinette, and Chat Noir aka Adrien. Marinette moves on from them but them being the idiots they are continue to bully her. They demand that she continues to give her free stuff. Then they push it too far getting Marinette akumatised. What will they do with no ladybug to purify the akuma. Will Chat Noir still keep his miraculous. Heartbreak, crushes no more, friend loss are all in this book. Marinette took a deep breath as if she was taking her final if she was getting ready to do the most disturbing thing of her life. Well, she sort of was. Lately, she had been following Adrien and Lila after hearing the rumour of them being together. Marinette didn't believe it, and no matter how stalkerish that sounded, she still wanted to find out herself. She wanted to see it with her own two eyes. Finally, she leaned over and peeked at the corner, where Adrien and Lila were sitting on a bench. Marinette could feel her eyes widening when she saw both lips pressed against each other's, both of them engaged in a kiss, which shattered Marinette's heart. She had hoped that her crush wasn't dating another girl, but here she was, seeing them kiss with her own two eyes. The situation made her upset, but her stomach also hurt from the anger she was feeling. She clenched onto her stomach and willed herself not to cry, but instead, her legs gave way and she landed on her knees, more unsettling anger rushing through her body like large waves. This was too much to handle. As tears escaped from her eyes, Marinette didn't notice the small dark butterfly fluttering towards her. Instead, she covered her face and forced herself not to scream, tried to get up from her knees and walk away, pretending she hadn't seen anything. Marinette's life was getting bad ever since Lila promise to her in which she told lies about what Marinette did but didn't do in which all of her friends except for Chloe, Nino, Alix, Kagami Juleka, Zoe and Luka turned against her and bullied her and not even Adrien who was her crush but got rejected by him and told her to take the high road saying that Lila's lies weren't hurting anyone but they were in which they were hurting her badly. Marinette's ex friends started to bully her and hurt her while Adrien didn't do anything to stop Lila from ruining her life in which the love for Adrien died out because Marinette sees for what he truly is and that is a spineless coward who doesn't do anything but take the liar's side instead. But everything was going to change when someone new arrived who shares some similarities to the Agreste and he will not be like the others who fall for the liar but instead will help Marinette with her problems as well as finding a new love interest because the new guy is very compassionate and kind as well as smart.
