After a particularly terrible experience with her adoptive father and a few drinks, Jennie Kim finds her much-needed escape from reality in her soon-to-be biology teacher. When the two meet again at the beginning of the school year, neither know what to make of the situation. But their conflict with each other is no match for the conflict Jennie faces with her adoptive father, and the two soon find themselves developing a relationship that tests both of their willingness to let others in.
For entirely different reasons, they find themselves pushing each other away.
Until they realize that their reasons aren't so different at all.
This story is girlxgirl, teacherxstudent, and it deals with topics such as abuse, alcoholism, and suicide. It's my best work but it can be depressing, especially towards the end, and if you either do not enjoy reading about these topics or are not mature enough, please do not begin reading this book.

Violet and Rose are two young sisters living together with their mother. While both are generally good girls, Violet has a big issue: accidents. Mostly while sleeping, but sometimes in daytime. She wears pull-ups to sleep, but after another daytime accident and really bad manners from the girl, mom decides to bring it up a notch: she will be treated as a baby, and by extension, as the little sister.
As a fun little extra, some chapters will have little polls at the end where you'll be able to vote for what happens in the story.
