Luicfer and Chloe comes across a case of a suspect named Lili Cohen , who is blamed for several crimes and is locked up in a mental institution.

She somehow had a run in with a group called 'the terror' who are on the LAPD's top list for investigation ,but it seems that she can't remember some certain details which she can't help them get lead on.

Lucifer discovers strange feelings for this girl ,but everything goes downhill when God only planted one particular girl for Lucifer on earth.
