Blue Ribbon, Red String (蓝丝带，命运的红线) is a Filipino-Chinese novel. It tells the story of two college students from different department in their university. As their graduation nears, they met unexpectedly after they get into a big situation.

Liu Shenyi, is a hardworking student in Physics Department, who has been dreaming of becoming a scientist. She's a friendly and optimistic, and also love socializing to other group of people in their University. One day, she entangles her life in a situation when she met the boy named, Hu Wenji, her opposite, an elite student who has a cold aura and wears a poker face, in Engineering Department.

Will their fate helps to fix Wenji's cold heart? or will they avoid their fate and not entangled in each other's life?
