At the turn of the 22nd century, the Earth was devastated from global conflict. A mass exodus occurred on four dreadnought class ships: the Hyperion, Liming, Sterling and Nightingale. Three ships made it to their destination.

After two hundred years, humanity has once more flourished and terra-formed numerous other planets. Technology has improved. Prolonged space flight is possible.

The League of Colonized Planets governs much of the galaxy. A centralized government intent on improving people and ensuring their security.

Recent tensions have grown between the League and Fringe planets. The Fringe claims that the League has spent years kidnapping and enslaving hundreds of their people whilst preserving pure bloodlines and genetics.

However, the Fringe is fractured. Individual empires, republics and warlords allow their people freedom. Freedom to choose who they want to be and how they want to live. Out in the Black, beyond the known Universe, people whisper of an unknown terror in the darkness.

United Terran (UT), an international organization that has been instrumental in the unity of the people of the Earth in the 22nd century, has transferred to the Luminarum, a new world that resembles Earth. The natives of the New World have a vast range of civilizations from the Alternative version of the Roman Empire, Viking nations, Arabic Caliphate, Mongol Empire, Chinese Ming Empire, Japanese Shogunate, Spanish Empire, French Empire, British Empire, Third Reich, Soviet Union, and the United States of America. Unlike Earth, the planet boasts an unknown phenomenon to science: Magic. The native nations, which resemble the alternative civilizations in Earth's history, integrated their technology with magic to improve the quality of their technology. Hugo Van Dijks, the Secretary General of United Terran, is the most powerful leader on Earth to lead his people in the new world. He and the United Terran government, alongside International Consortium Companies, created a "Novus Ordo Project" for the prosperity of the people of United Terran and the natives in the world. Despite his best attempts at diplomacy and economic approach, the arrogance and hostility of the natives prove to be an unnavigable barrier. War is the only alternative. "si vis pacem, para bellum," "If you want peace, prepare for the war." What are the policies of the United Terran in the new world? How did they survive in a world infested with magic that defied the science law? What magical wonders will its adventurous citizens find? Can they become a "New World Order" in the new world? Could they improve their technology to advanced space technology with the help of magic? This story is the remake of the same story, "United Terran in New World," with some minor changes. Humanity is not alone in the universe. More specifically Earth is not alone. It is an age of wonder for humanity. For all but a few. Our history has been altered, according to one who has visions of the fractured world that could have been but never was. The way history would have played out without an intergalactic coalition of humans visiting Earth. And he cannot decide whether the advanced human's arrival is really all that it seems. Whether we would have been better off as things are now, or with how his visions tell him things ought to have been. There are multiple worlds colonized by a vast space faring technologically and biologically enhanced human race all across the galaxy. Earth is just one of many of such colonies. At some point in our forgotten past Earth was cut off from our intergalactic neighbors and decides to fend for herself. Later we lose ourselves to infighting and nationalism instead of being true to our nature of being a space dwelling, intergalactic human cooperative. Now our space cousins are reestablishing contact with Earth. Bringing their superpower enabled, technological mastery of science so advanced as to seem supernatural. Eliminating slavery, wars, crime, diseases, climate shifts, and currency, with their arrival. Offering the promise of entry into a thriving united galactic empire. (I am dropping in from time to time updating the story with fresh ideas as they pop into my head this is so very much a first draft I have not even decided on names for some of the characters or different factions of humans that are to be encountered from beyond our solar system)

In the 28th century AD, human civilization rose amidst the endless sea of stars. After centuries of expansion and civil war, the Federal Empire finally unified all directions. However, just as humanity began to enjoy a brief peace, the brutal invasion of alien insects plunged the entire galaxy into a baptism of blood and fire. As humans exhausted all efforts to resist the swarming insects, a more technologically advanced race-the Protoss-suddenly appeared. They were arrogant and mysterious, possessing weapons capable of destroying planets, and viewed humans as inferior beings. However, humanity never succumbed. The legendary hero Hao Yi, who once led humanity to rise during the civil war, decisively chose to resist these two powerful enemies. In this war filled with betrayal, alliances, and sacrifices, humans reached an unprecedented agreement with the alien insects to jointly resist the oppression of the Protoss. The arrival of the Protoss mothership signaled that the final battle was imminent. The interstellar war among the three major races at the other end of the galaxy would determine the future of the entire universe. This is a story of courage, loyalty, and endless war. Humans, alien insects, and the Protoss-three races with different fates-engage in an unprecedented galactic struggle, fighting for survival and dominance.
