Look After You

Things couldn't be better for Justine Conners. Her mother is doing well, cooking and cleaning all with a smile on her face. Her father has a hard working job and loves it. Until a drastic thing happens. Her father gets a letter in the mail, saying he is drafting into the military. When he leaves is when the family begins to break. Her mother begins to feel sick. Pains everywhere, coughing a lot, weakness, and much more symptoms. All while Justine's father is gone, she takes her mother to the doctor. The result is that she has a terrible disease that will make her suffer on the inside. "She has not much to live." Since, right now, her mother is the only person she has right now, she is fighting to keep her alive. Justine doesn't succeed.

Right when her father gets back, she tells him quickly. "Could anything be worse?" A few days after her father gets back, he starts to act different too. Walking into rooms and forgeting why, forgetting things that happened nearly 10 minutes ago. Justine is worried and scared for her family. And her father. What is happening to her father? Can she stop it?
