Casper is on the loose. He's been on the loose for about 10 years, and nobody has been able to stop the havoc he's wreaked.
Now 23, UnicornMann, Goldy, Ryan, and Tina are alone in dealing with Casper, for the rest of their allies have moved away, wanting their own peaceful lives.
Understandingly, the four let their friends go, vowing to reunite when this was over. Unicorn turns them into a Justice League (successfully, this time), and are planning to take Casper down.
