Gabriel pushed her against the lockers. "A helpless mute.." Esmeralda groaned and pushed at his chest. He
ferociously grabbed her wrist. Esmeralda frowned. "Don't ever push me away" Gabriel said through gritting teeth as he leaned in.

-

Esmeralda Lee was naturally born mute. No big accident, no tumors. Just born mute. Instead of taking sign language, she wrote. Even if she couldn't talk, you could feel her emotions right on that little paper. She even convinced her parents the go to St. Abigail Junior High (aka most intelligent school in the state.) When they finally agreed, she didn't know what was coming to her then...

Gabriel Porter, the school's bully, or as you would call it the school's bad boy. He and his gang of friends rule the school. Nobody tries to stop them or get in their way. They're known for causing "accidents". But when Esmeralda shows up Gabriel has his new victim.

Surely he won't fall in love. Would he?
