Violet was born a kittypet and she enjoyed that life style. But what happens when a strange rouge captures Violet and her litter mates. Violet is forced to rename herself to Ash, in hopes if staying alive. Then when she gets a prophecy she must escape and find "The alder who will help you".
P.s this is during the first through the second book of vision of shadows and beyond as she gets older.

Her mother died when she was born and Frostkit always thought it was Mistleaf's fault, though her father said she wasn't the reason. Frostpaw becomes more independent then ever as cats from outside the Clan roams inside the Clans. The senior warriors of ThunderClan have met them before and eagerly accepts them into the Clan. Frostpaw feels that they are weird and tries to stay away from them any way that she can, but what happens when something horrible happens? But this group is hiding something, and it is only a matter of time before it is revealed to the chosen successors. Petalwish is unsure if she really should be loyal to CliffClan. She loves her clanmates dearly, but the clan deputy seems to watch their every move, just waiting for any cat to slip up. But it's the clan she was raised in. So, she should be loyal to them, right? Keenkit always figured he and his littermates were normal kits who would all become apprentices and be able to train together. But when a strange cat takes his sister out of StreamClan on the day of their apprentice ceremony, he quickly realizes such hope has become impossible. Sunpaw just wants to prove to his clan, BreezeClan that he can become a great warrior. But it isn't as easy as it sounds.
