Scott, a 24-year-old college student died from a fire. Instead of being reincarnated to another world from birth, he took the form of a fallen adventurer, bleeding under a tree within a monstrous forest, at the brink of death.
Saved by a adventurers from a nearby town, he lives his life as an innkeeper owned by the parents of his saviors. Having no clue of whose body he has inhabited, he decided to lay low in that town. Also claiming to have no memory of his life before the incident to act as cover.
But due to a certain incident, he will have to take on an adventure to find his (or rather the body he has inhabited) identity and fulfill whatever it is his quest actually was.
