When Elia receives a letter from an aunt she's never met, inviting her to visit her in the small village she lives, she ignores her mothers objections.
Relieved by the opportunity of a time out from her daily struggles, Elia follows her aunts invite.
Upon arriving, the village seems like the perfect place to calm down with its quietness and beautiful nature.

When the villagers start behaving strangely and Elia begins to notice a change in her own thoughts, it seems too late to realise that the promise of a peaceful village was too good to be true.
