"You said you wanted to live a little, princess. What's stopping you now," he gave me a slight smirk as if to challenge me. "I just know there's no going back after this," I took in a deep breath, welcomed his hand in mine, and we ran. We left everyone behind us for the night. That- and the blaring sirens of my home's security system. ••• In which a girl finds someone who can rule beside her, not just overthrow her. After love, lust, and loss- will true love really find a way to bring them back together? "They say if you love something to let it go," I whispered while glancing up at him. He gripped onto my hands, "I fear that I'd never find my way back," he kissed me gently and continued, "that's why I'll never be able to leave". But as life usually does, it took an unexpected turn.
