A young man named James has just moved into his new home for a few months. It's rather big and he's the only one currently living there, or so he thought... Oddly enough, James comes across former resident, Vinyl, who also happens to be dead.
The non-living being is a ghostly phantom of some sort, and James is extremely curious. They both bond and after a while, they form something called 'friends', which neither have ever had before. Will they become more than friends, or is this just a crazy lucid dream?

She is Desolation the Endless. The eighth child, the one who ran away, who's been hiding all her life.
