When Nika moved to the US during high school, she never expected her life to intertwine so tightly with Lauren's. From the moment they met, there was a tension between them, an off-the-court rivalry that neither could shake off.
Years later, during their senior year, fate throws them back together. Lauren switches to UConn to continue pursuing her dreams of photography and finds herself face-to-face with Lauren once again. Chosen to photograph the UConn women's basketball team, Lauren tries to bury the hatchet, but Nika's resentment runs deep. Despite Nika's hostility, Lauren can't deny her feelings for her former rival. As they're thrust into situations together emotions come to a head. Do the girls really hate each other?
