Note: This is a side story to the Volt Verse series, it does not effect the main story to any major condition. During 2032, a shipment to an international meeting in Europe is sent by the president of the United States. The shipment was a mysterious package holding a device that would be sent to Germany. However, during the shipment an explosion went off sending a crisis going through the nation. Germany starts the aggression against America thinking it was an act of terror, thus starting the seven year war.
