Left for Dead (book 1 in the Super Nova series)
So this is a story I wrote about a girl named Nova. She lives in a world where everyone has a supernatural power. Nova is 13, and if a person's power doesn't show by the time they're 14, they're given to the Government to either be tested or killed. The Government basically makes all the decisions for the whole country. So, Nova's 13, and she still hasn't discovered her powers. When her birthday comes, she still has no power. She can either be sent to the Government, for either testing or death, or she can risk her life running away. I created this story, I created these characters, the characters and the plot are mine. This story is written in first person (using I, we, us, etc.) Also, this is going to be my story for the #justwriteit challenge Also, the idea for this story was given to me by one of my best friends, @minewtlover14Complete

Luca is saved from execution by Freaks who bring him to safety, and there he finds not only food and shelter, but more like him surviving, when he thought they had all died. He's immediately given a task by the mysterious leader of the Freaks, and he's faced with two options: should he sit back and watch as his own are captured and killed by the enemy he's dealt with before, or should he risk everything - even his own life - to save them all?Complete

The Adventures Of A Star
"Do I really need to write a description?" "Yes." "Seriously?" "Yes." "But it'll spoil everything." "That's literally what descriptions are for." "Fine. Whatever." My name is Star Abbott. I'm fourteen years old, I accidentally ran into a burning building, and things have gone downhill from there. A few weeks ago my biggest problems were school, homework, and my little sister Jamie. Then a fire at Westvale Academy changed everything. Now I can create light with my bare hands. Which sounds cool. It is not cool. Okay, sometimes it's cool. But mostly it's terrifying. As Star struggles to understand her impossible new abilities, she discovers that Westvale is hiding more secrets than anyone realizes. Between mysterious incidents, dangerous enemies, increasingly questionable life choices, and a growing habit of risking her life for strangers, Star finds herself pulled into a world much bigger than she ever imagined. Turns out becoming a hero is a lot harder than comic books make it look. Especially when you're still trying to pass freshman year. "You happy now?" "Actually, yes." "...I liked you better when you were silent." (only a novice and a part timer so not that great of a book if you ask me)
