Midoriya and uraraka are still trying to figure out how to confess to each other.

But one day our favorite cinnamon roll Deku goes to the hospital for some regular testing on his sperm the same day Uraraka goes in for a test she has to get done on her eggs because infertility runs in her family however because of an emotionally unstable doctor and a mix up in sperm samples not only does the doctor grab the wrong sample she also accidentally artificially inseminates Uraraka with deku's sperm once she realizes her mistake she hopes and prays nothing happens.

But what will happen when Ochaco finds out she's pregnant?
