Daenerys Targaryen sits on the Iron Throne. Days after arriving in Westeros, the Lannister forces were destroyed; in a reign of fire and blood not seen since Aegon's conquest. As the ash settles she turns her gaze north, where a bastard calls himself king and the people eye her with fear and suspicion. Intent on unifying the realms of north and south, she rides her army to Winterfell, armed with a proposition that could ensure peace for generations to come.

Jon Snow - battle weary and reluctant - has been crowned King of The North. Heralded a hero after the battle of The Bastards, he has no designs on the Iron Throne for himself. Haunted by what he's seen beyond the wall, Jon welcomes Daenerys Targaryen, fully intent on bending the knee, knowing he will need her support in the Great War still to come.

Jon is stunned by Daenerys's proposition - offered to him atop the snow covered walls of the castle he grew up a bastard with a bastard's name. As Jon finally confronts his destiny, he will be forced to question everything he has ever known about himself.

*DISCLAIMER* This is GoT Fanfiction. This is an alternate take on the ending of GoT which in terms of timeline would be set after the events of SEASON 6 of the TV show. The books are perfect and I shall not be messing with them.

This is mainly Jonerys fanfic. Some of your other favourite characters may appear, but they will be secondary because Jonerys is endgame, Jonerys is the only show in town, Jonerys is life, Jonerys4Life... Ad infinitum. 

This is essentially a complete rewrite of the last two seasons of the show which feels completely necessary at the moment for to me to nurse this broken heart.

The younger sister of Daenarys Targaryen, Alyssays (Aly) was born at the end of Roberts rebellion, just hours before she and her siblings had to be smuggled out of Dragonstone for fear of their lives and losing their mother in an early birth that kept the small princess sickly throughout most of their childhood. Her brother resented her for the loss of their mother but was fiercely jealous and possessive of her. Dany was her most fervent protector and the only thing she ever defied her brother about was his treatment of Aly. Her childhood had been spent in hiding and fear across the narrow sea, but like Targaryen seers in the past her dreams were full of visions that always came to pass. The one she had been having as long as she could remember were of a boy. Black curls and dark brown eyes that always seemed sad, she knew he was real because as she had grown so had the images, she had seen of him. She knows he is somehow tied to her destiny, but only the game of thrones will reveal how. Expanded description in the first Chapter. This will be a SLOW BURN! The main characters will not meet in person for quite a while but once they do I promise heat. I do write smut so if that not your thing those chapters will be marked.
