"When are you going to realize you're bound to me?!"  Kylo roared, his voice echoing from his mask.

His words caught her off guard for a moment before she felt all the blood rush to her face at once.

"I never signed up for any of it!" She screamed back angrily.

Within seconds his voice invaded her mind.

"Like hell you didn't!"

Rey's eyes widened as Kylo ran towards her full speed ripping his helmet off, the rain soaking his hair and face.

She gasped as his hand came around her and gripped the back of her neck, pulling her into an angry kiss. Shock radiated through her whole body, paralyzing her legs. She gripped his arms as they caged her, keeping her from escaping. 

"I'd be damned if I let you slip through my fingers again."


~*~Summary~*~

Set after the events of Episode VIII: The Last Jedi. Rey is sent by General Organa on an important mission to infiltrate the First Order from within, feed helpful information to the General and bring Ben Solo home. In order for the mission to succeed, Rey has to do something she never imagined herself doing. Take the hand of her enemy and join him by his side.

****Please keep in mind this is my first fan fiction and you will encounter errors/mistakes and misspelling.

This story contains the original characters from TLJ as well as my own spin on some of them. (Meaning I actually gave the Knights of Ren personalities. 🤗)

Now, they were only a few inches apart, separated by the bars of the cell. "You're right," he smiled. Yet again, it didn't reach his eyes. Rey was right. He could barely stand to be someone he wasn't. But his past called for him. "I am a liar. A manipulative beast." He reached out and tucked a stray piece of hair behind her ear. "You would do well to stay away." She stepped back. She had felt a jolt of something when he touched her. Like she was being set on fire, but she loved it. "St- Stay away from me," she stuttered. A powerful red laser of an unseen weapon obliterates the surface of a planet. Shrieks, whispers and screams and then the sound of a lightsaber igniting. A fiery red saber but behind that saber is Rey, her hand twitches and the saber becomes a double-pronged staff. A maniacal evil laugh cackles. Kylo woke with a start and sat upright on his bed. Written after the first trailer dropped and finished before the film was released. Contains references to previous films, novelisations and comics.
