His Regret, Her Salvation
"I won't let anyone harm you..ever again." He promised, eyes filled with determination and possessiveness. Afterall, she is his...only his. "I know." She smiled kissing his cheek, her eyes filled with hope and happiness. ~~~ "I...I wi-ill protect you.." He pleaded, his voice cracking. He took a tentative step forward, but she recoiled, her body trembling with the weight of past pain. i went through heaven and hell experiencing love, war, lies, hate, heartbreaks and recovery. every change, wound or memory has its meaning, and "red" explains this, in the most tragic way i could ever fit my words in.Concluida

EVERYTHING, bu-" She pauses, wiping the tears that began rolling down her eyes, then chuckles to herself. "But what about the scars he inflicted upon me? I could never embrace them. He took everything from me-my body.. my soul and left me wounded. I have nothing left of me at this point. He wounded me beyond repair. So, Tell me Doctor, how can I love my scars?
