If you were a hero, but you had been a villain in the past, could you ever see yourself as a true hero? If you kept making mistakes that put lives in danger, would you ever forgive yourself? If you had a voice in your head, that kept saying that you were destined to be a villain all along, would you believe it and turn into the villain you feared you would become? (This book is a sequel to A fire's shadow. In other words, this is season five of that book, but seeing as this season is very special and also might be a lot longer than the usual seasons, I decided to make it into its own book.)
