Lately in New York City, multiple cases of murder and half eaten bodies have been reported. The city officials and national government know the bloody murders are called Ghouls, which are referred as "animals who aimlessly eat humans out of pleasure." The higher ups decide to keep them a secret, so anarchy would not rise. Katherine Ross, a simple civilian knows the truth after being attacked by a ghoul. She was left for dead and saved by a group of misfit teenagers around her age. Katherine now follows this mysterious gang, only knowing their faces and names.
