An ancient prophecy, steeped in mystery and known in detail to only a few, shows all the signs of coming true. The fate of the entire world now depends on Azazel, a fallen angel with demon power, who was thrown out of Heaven after corrupting the human race and introducing them to the knowledge of weapons. Now, thousands of years later, it is his actions that could set in motion events that will lead to the destruction of Earth and the end of all life, both mortal and immortal or it may not. Recently however, he's been increasingly unable to control his temper.

Will finding the love of his life be a force for the good in him or for the evil?

Abandoned as a child on the steps of a Convent Saphira had been ignored by adults and shunned by her peers her whole life. By 18 she had been homeless for several years, hiding. Picked up by a vampire, she spent several years being bought and sold by immortals as a human slave girl, that is until one of them discovers she is a Dragon. Suddenly, she has a bounty on her head and is running for her life, straight into him.
