The base of 'Kara' has finally been found by Anbu members. Since Kages don't really want to worry people by that, they decided to form an 'alliance' that will go and investigate everything in details instead of them. The length of this "top secret mission" may or may not be more than a year. But what happens when the alliance members suddenly come across a scroll they aren't supposed to touch at all?
