Better Living Industries continues to clutch onto Battery City with an iron fist, and seeks to expand it's territories; planning to take over the Zones. Meanwhile, a smuggling business is now in high demand as BLI begings to cut off its resources in response to this: no longer supplying to any Killjoys.
Now even the infamous, Fabulous Four grow desperate for their vital resources, thus hiring a lesser-known group of smugglers in exchange for a safe place to stay.
However, there is one problem: Dead Bolt, the leader of the smuggling group. Party Poison and Dead Bolt instantly clash after partnering up, choosing to fight eachother instead of working together. Rivalry begins to tear the two teams apart, all while BLI is blood thirsty for Killjoys, and their leaders' feelings only continue to escalate into hatred, or so they thought.

Missile Kid is taken to the city for God knows what reason, Paranoia's having conflicted emotions about her new leader, Party Poison, and when they try to rescue their young friend, everything goes haywire and Paranoia has a breakdown that none of them are prepared for.
