Dwayne Cadman is an 16-year-old teenage boy who has pass through dozens of foster homes until finally meeting the right family, he grew to love and respect. Yet it was all taken away from him in the blink of an eye when an ancient race of alien lifeforms known as the Praedons, invades New York City with the plans to conquer planet Earth and eliminate it's heroes and villains.

Dwayne was the first one forunate enough to escape the invasion but at the cost of leaving everything he knew behind. Now stricken by grief, Dwayne swears  vengeance on the one responsible but  little  did he expect, that a sentient  bio weapon created by the Praedons shares the same malice against it's creators. The organism attaches itself to Dwayne fusing into one of the most powerful lifeforms in the universe known as a Darkfall.
