Update: I have the ending of this one mapped out which means it should get updated fairly regularly (this doesn't mean I won't get blocked from time to time, some chapters won't take longer than others, or that I won't get distracted by other stories... though I am currently  intentionally neglecting some.) I have mixed emotions when it comes to ending this story... I'm excited for what I have planned, but I'm also not ready to let them go yet... which will both speed up and slow down the writing process.

A Rafael Barba/original female character story. I originally posted it on AO3 under a different title (one I've never really liked) and am rewriting it as I post it here. It started from an idea I was kind of playing with and has an unconventional start, but as I kept writing I really started to like the development of the relationship, so much so, that it become the first story I actually finished. There's smut... lots of smut, fluffy bits too. I've fudged Barba's age a bit because I wanted Maddox to be in her mid twenties and a fifteen year age gap was as large as I was willing to go. It has thirty five chapters and I will work on rewriting them in between new chapters for my other stories. They need a lot of work.
