This is a story based on actual facts and events that have happened in my life and this story is set in the summer before 8th grade to the end of 8th grade everything is real except for the names. It is like a diary because a lot if things that I will say no one knows not even people that i am really close with and know everything about me. Like what goes through my head, my anxiety/social anxiety and depression what people say to me and more. So I hope you read this story and learn what goes on through my head.

FINDING OUR WAY BACK
Avalon has the good look, good grades, friends, three wonderful brothers, caring and loving parents. Everyone would think she has everything, and that was probably true a few years ago. Tragedy can happen to anyone, anytime and anywhere, and the saddest part about that truth is that tragedy is unavoidable. No one can prevent a natural disaster from happening. No one can prevent death from knocking on their doorstep - if it's an accident, or a sickness - it cannot be prevented, and it cannot be avoided. You never know on which day tragedy will come knocking on your front door. You never know who it would strike next - if it would be you, or someone else, or someone who is very close to you. The thing is, with tragedy, it doesn't ask questions before it strikes. It just does.
