My silence is causing me pain.

If I open up and let flow my woes, what will I gain?



I hold in my feelings too much, and I'm getting tired of it. So I put them in a book. I want people to come across these poems and know that they are not the only ones experiencing heartache, and it's okay to let it out -- and to move on.
