Written as acquaintances to friends to lovers. Also contains Ignis/OC, Prompto/OC, and Gladio/OC, so if that's not your cup of tea, now you're aware.

A Final Fantasy XV AU where Prompto does not come to Insomnia as an infant. Instead, he is raised in the military to become a Magitek soldier. Psychologically conditioned as part of his training to obey the orders of any superior, the thought of a life outside of the Empire doesn't even occur to Prompto until his first official mission goes wrong. Noctis sets off to marry Luna with just Ignis and Gladio but things are thrown awry when the peace treaty falls apart and Insomnia falls.
