A broken wristwatch, peppermints, and a hug that goes too far.

Parker Anderson thought she would get a peaceful summer away from the drama's of adult life when she decided to help her mom's friend as a counselor at her summer camp. At 22 years old Parker's life had come to be an accumulation of nannying for the family next door, constantly declining her mother's efforts to set her up with a man, and struggling to remember to take her keys with her every time she leaves her house. When the family she nannies for goes on vacation for the summer and she's left with nothing to do, her mom exchanged no longer trying to set Parker up for her helping a friend. Her mom's life long friend owned a summer camp and needed a counselor, so Parker decides to help to get her mom off her back. Her mom had told her that she would be at a girls camp, but what she didn't tell her is that the camp site was shared with a boys camp. Parker soon finds that drama follows her life wherever she goes.

"Yes?" "I- I um- well, you- I-" "Listen, kid, the campers' cabins are on the other side." He points behind him. "Now, move, yeah?" "That isn't it!" "Then what is it?" He still has that same bored tone. Finally, the words I've been meaning to say spill out. Well... kinda. "Y-you're in- wrong- I mean, the cabin! No! You're in the cabin wrong!" .˚ ༘✶ ⋆。˚ ⁀➷ Summer Turner hasn't always had it the easiest. With her workaholic father never home and a little brother who has somehow become her responsibility, she decides she needs to get away. No service, no family issues, no problems. Just her, a cabin, and a couple kids to look after. Sounds like a fair trade to everything going on at home. Or so she thinks. editing soon :)
