You know that whole idea that if you make everything look okay to everyone else, it will actually become okay? But then that idea normally fails and then everything suddenly crumbles underneath you? Well, when I was in high school, it seemed to be all the rage to do, even my entire country did it. And what happens next, may sound familiar if you've ever looked at U.S History.

No Superheroes Allowed

31 parts Complete

Long ago a group of superheroes and villains worked together to prevent an invasion. But they managed to kill more people than they saved. Their destruction caused the perception of those with powers to dramatically shift; to the point of outcast. 50 years later crime as only increased to the point where not even the police respond to calls. I've been lucky enough that I don't have powers that attract too much attention --- Everything was going great. Everything was normal. Until Jamie was forced to confront the reality of her situation. The mayor who has been running the NSA was beginning to take drastic measures. Sending many supers off to another island. Stealing their powers. Forcing others to betray their own kind. The victims of these horrific acts are not taking that lightly. Why not make a team of heroes? A team that doesnt give a shit what the NSA or the Mayor has to say. A team of young teens who probably don't even listen to each other. That will save the world...
