This is a short story about a man and his journal climbing up Mount Shasta out of curiosity. But he doesn't realize that it's a volcano. This was supposed to be part of a recent science project regarding Mount Shasta but I decided to post it instead. (This is set before Peter Skene Ogden made a record of Shasta in 1826)
