AJ's mom doesn't want her to stay in her room all summer, so she send her to a two week camp where she meets her summer love, Cameron, and lots of other friends, including his adopted sister, but once camp ends she's heartbroken that she has to leave Cameron. When she gets back, her mom says to bring a house-warming gift to the new neighbors who moved in while she was at camp. She goes and knocks on the door and she sees Cameron standing there and they soon realize their going to have the best summer of their lives.
