Since they have known each other for such a long time, Katsuki is well aware of Izuku's frequent panic attacks. One day as Katsuki passes by Izuku's room he notices a funny smell...

Katsuki is a bit friendlier to Izuku than he usually is in the anime, although I wouldn't quite call them friends. There isn't any bullying and the occasional hang out since their parents are good friends
