Prince Hitoshi isn't much of a social person let alone a romantic one, so when his parents arrange a marriage for him for a desperate political alliance with a neighboring kingdom, you can guess how he felt about it. He understood that their country was running low on resources and needed the alliance to keep his people alive, but he'd heard stories of the aloof prince of Nabu and he wasn't looking forward to meeting him. Let alone marrying the guy. To make matters worse, one day under the cover of darkness he finds a very cute blonde boy dressed in rags trying to climb an old apple tree.
