The smog ridden city had many secrets and Katherine Williams had a way of finding out every single one of them. Before the war, Kat was known simply as a busybody. But then the war came and then it left, forcing the men to return home different people. And when the men changed and so did the woman with little choice. Kat was no different to any other woman in Small Heath, she wasn't the same woman she was before the war.
No, she was a force to be reckoned with. She knew things that could bring anyone to their knees and she revelled in that fact. But not even she was immune to the fear and terror the Peaky Blinders brought with them and nor was she immune to the icy blue eyes of the leader of the infamous gang.

John was the youngest of the three and arguably the softest. With his wonky smile and cheeky remarks, many of the girls in Small Heath found themselves falling at his feet. He would often find himself in trouble for acting childish. He didn't care too much for the business of the gang. He cared for the respect it brought their name. He enjoyed the thrill. And then you had John's twin sister - Francesca. Known for being one of the only Shelby siblings who seemed to laugh at Thomas. Her sister, Ada, being exactly the same. Francesca found that her brothers were ridiculous - too big for their boots as she'd say. Though she liked to use their name to get herself out of trouble.
