2 months ago, if you had told me I'd be in this rather compromising situation with that ultra fit, but bizarre new guy from the beach coffee shop, I would have granted you with the news that you were in fact insane and you could graciously be on your way. But here we are. Kai Matthews, you are one peculiar guy mi amigo. ~~~~~~~~~ Isla Simpson is not particularly special. In fact, she is beyond average. Her face blends into the crowd, missed by the world. Even her height is equivalent to the size of the average UK female. She has no disastrous rags-to-riches tale, no murderers lurking around from a past life, no skeletons in the closet- she's plainer than miss 'Plain Jane'. Kai Matthews, however, is the stark opposite of dear Isla here. The 'Spiciest' of all the Janes, if you will. His face most certainly stands out in a crowd, all eyes drawing to him in a plea to soak up each complex detail of his visage before he passes by. His height is most certainly beyond the average UK female and his story is full of skeletons in wardrobes and bedside tables. Kai arrived in St. Bishops in hopes for a quiet life... but with a face and aura like that- I don't know what else he was expecting when the most exciting thing these people get is the annual Christmas and cheese festivals. Join Isla and Kai on a journey granted once in a lifetime- one of adventure and discovery, both of themselves and each other... and of St. Bishops of course.

Speak Now

At the young age of eight Drew and Elizabeth get married. Their wedding is a mess of gummy worm rings, crayon vows and giggles all of which takes place under the old oak tree that separates their backyards. They promise to be best friends forever but when sophomore year comes around things change. Their friendship becomes a beautiful relationship full of love, passion and trust. But when college dawns in on them things change once again. One day, six years into the future, Elizabeth receives a call that sends her whole world crashing down. "I'm getting married." 3 words. To Elizabeth they feel like sharp knives that pierced her heart and re-opened old wounds. She has a decision to make. He wants her to be the supportive best friend he once had but will she be able to? The two weeks that follow are full of tears, dresses, love songs and vows, all in preparation of the wedding she always dreamed about but someone else has taken her place at the altar beside him. When the priest pronounces the two words that give her the one chance she wants to get him back, will she take it? "Speak now." Or will she let it go?
