Fire and Ice (Tadashi Hamada X my own OC)

A small girl with light blue hair and blue eyes is in college with a much taller boy, Tadashi Hamada. And that little girl is Neva. She starts talking to him, and things get a bit more complicated from there.

Note: This is before the fire at the campus, and I'm having Tadashi survive, don't question it, the title will make sense at some point
