Seven random victims have been taken captive earlier this morning around 3:00 AM. The suspects we believe have committed multiple other crimes as they are part of a gang. Two of our victims have been identified but not secured. Odie Tucker, a young male in his teen years as well as Aaron Desmond, another teenager.
