It has been 5 years since Jack Joestar became Gotham City's  savior, Batman. For 5 years, he has been trapped in the same cycle with The Joker. The Joker kills, Batman stops her, The Joker escapes.  And now, the fight has went back to where it always ends. Arkham Asylum, where The Joker has taken over, and plenty of other Stand users are out for Batman's blood. However, a whole new threat may be lurking inside the asylum's walls.
